Ingredients: Cardamom Green Pods
Taste and Aroma: Warm, lemony, sweet and fresh.
Uses: Curries, bread, meat loaf, coffee flavoring, potatoes and fish.
Substitutes: Black Cardamom Pods, Cardamom Seeds or Cardamom Ground
Fun Fact: Cardamom is the second most expensive spice behind only Saffron.
-Cardamom has antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties
-May aid in digestion by stimulating digestion and reducing gas and acid

We ship all USA orders via UPS Ground for a low flat fee of $4.(For Canadian Shipping Info scroll down to the bottom or click here) Orders over $40 ship FREE! (No minimum orders, no handling fees and no hidden fees!) You can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 7 business days. Please keep in mind, since we offer so many hard to find ingredients, occasionally we encounter unexpected backorders. If an item you ordered is going to cause a delay beyond 7 business days, we will contact you. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number that night.
If you need your order quicker than 7 business days, we suggest you take a look at our discounted priority shipping options. We offer an almost unheard of low flat fee on UPS 2nd Day Air (2-3 business days) of only $10. Our discounted Next Day Air rate (1-2 business days) is $25 + $1.60 per pound.
We refuse to treat shipping as a profit center as do so many online merchants. In return all we ask is that you are patient with us as we work as hard as possible to get your spices to you as quickly as possible!
We ship anywhere within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico! Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of North America or to APO addresses at this time.

ingredients to Canada. We ship via Purolator, the most trusted name in
Canadian shipping. We offer an extremely low flat fee of only $15 and FREE shipping on orders $75+. This
includes all shipping charges, duties and fees. Simply select the
Canada Purolator shipping option from the drop down menu on the shopping
cart page. In order to offer you such a low cross border shipping
rate, we consolidate our Canadian shipping to a weekly pickup at our
fulfillment center. Thus, you can expect your order to arrive anywhere
from 2 business days to 12 business days depending on when your
order is place and where you are located. We will notify you if an item
is back-ordered and we are unable to deliver within the 12 business day
